Q. Do you earn a commission for scheduling the call or after the Candidate signs?
You earn a commission once your Candidate signs, not when you book a call.
Q. How do you know if it's an Eligible Candidates?
The only requirement for Eligibility is that your candidate is an active licensed CPA based in the US.
That said, Ideal Candidates are women looking to start their own solo practice for greater flexibility, work life harmony, and ability to work from home.
We will gladly speak with your candidate if they are unlicensed and will likely obtain their CPA license within the next 6 months, or if they hold an inactive CPA license (it is quick and easy to reactivate an inactive license).
CPA from ALL states are Eligible. In 14 states, it may take longer before they can sign if we are not actively registered in that state. The easiest thing to do is to let us worry about the details and send all of your Candidates from ANY state and we will keep you posted on the status and the timeline of your referrals. That said, if you want to avoid targeting certain slower states, please check with us for a current short list of states to avoid because our state registration status changes annually.
All genders who align with our culture and values and can be strong brand ambassadors will be considered.
Q. How do you connect the Candidate to us?
After qualifying a Candidate, you will simply use your dedicated calendar link we will provide to you to schedule an introductory call between the Candidate and our team.
We will provide you with sample emails, phone scripts, and a comprehensive guide to streamline your efforts in securing and connecting with Ideal Candidates. We always welcome any feedback or suggestions on how to improve the Recruiter resources to make your life easier. Just ask and we promise to do our very best.
Q. When and how do you get paid?
You get paid by the 10th calendar day of the month after your candidate signs, regardless of when they start.
All payments are made by direct ACH.
Q. What happens if a Candidate you introduce does not immediately sign with us?
You will still earn a commission for any Candidate that signs within 6 months of the initial booking. Continuous follow-ups and updates will be provided by us.
After 6 months, it is at our reasonable discretion to pay a commission, which we will likely do if the Candidate is still actively communicating with us, or the Candidate is in a "Registration State" and is waiting for us to complete our registration before signing.
You will receive a unique calendar link to book a call for your referrals. This calendar link automatically tracks all Candidate referrals to you in our applicant tracking system.
If the Candidate uses your designated calendar link to book a call with us, she is your referral even if she is already in our database.
If there is any confusion, we will ask the Candidate who referred them to us. If they do not remember, then we will look at each scenario and act reasonably based on a number of factors (e.g. time between referrals, if a booking showed up to a call.)
